Please join us for a fun filled, family friendly event concerning all things rock. This will be an info session on the basics of rockhounding with a concentration on the Blomiden area. Some areas that will be covered are basic equipment, what to look for, and how to process it after you find your treasure. Event schedule: 31 August, 2013. 10:30am - Info Session at The Look Off Campground. 11:15am - Scots Bay Treasure Hunt 1:00pm - Kids Treasure Hunt - (Located at the playground sandbox in the Look Off Campground) 1:30 - Slice and dice an agate!!
